yesterday lost about a two pounder for starters.. ran out of minnows and had to go get more.. but about four oclock i finished strong and released a few of the shorter ones.. docks and brush piles, one black crappie.. didn't troll at all, all about 5 feet.. 30 good ones will be fried today at the fire hall... need to get a digital camera, the big one is still out there...

What part of the Chick were you fish on? Last week I know the bottom got dropped out of the lake. Heard of one guy bass fishing and could not catch them for the crappie trying to take the rattle trap out of his hand.

At Pickwick it was 58 today.
I sure hope there bitting like that there first weekend of May I will be there for 4 days.
