chaunc - What did I miss? Is it just because of Mercer county - or was there a controversy there?

At 7:30 am, a lot of the touch machines went down. They passed out paper ballots till they got them up and running. Just doesn't seem right. Doesn't matter now. Kerry conceded at 2:pm wednesday.
