Need A Piece For A Hummingbird Tranducer

I need the part of a Hummingbird transducer mount that attaches to the back of the boat with screws. I have the piece that attaches to the 'ducer but guess I've lost the other piece. Anyone have an old one lying around anywhere? PM me if you do. Thx.

was in Gander mountian yesterday and they had them on the shelf, didnt check the price.
