Roosevelt 12-20
Well, I broke my skunk on Rosy. Been there twice and got nada. Thanks to Art Chamberlin for his reports that helped to set me on the right path for this trip. My first time in a floatilla too. Pretty cool. Talked to some nice folks out there.
Got on the lake about 9:30 at Schoolhouse. Joined up with the floatilla and caught my first crappie about 10:30 on a minnow. Caught a very small LMB soon after. Then nothing until about 2:00. Started to get on them for a bit. Picked one up using a microspoon tipped with a minnow. The rest all came on BBC tipped with minnows. Left the lake at 4:00.
Water temp was about 57 degrees. All fish caught in 30' water.

Very Nice AZfisher...!!! Glad to see that you were able to shake the "skunk-streak" with a nice mess of slabs.
The fishing is pretty much the same way here in North Carolina... but our water temps are in the low 40's and the fish
are still somewhat scattered... it seems like we are mostly catchin' em deep too... and right on the bottom.
Great report, nice mess of fish... Thanks for sharing.
