cold weather

I live in an area of the U.S. that has all 4 seasons. Can I keep a worm bed outside all year long?

Yes, as long as the bed is located in something insulated such as a discarded freezer. I have a bed in an old 15 cu ft freezer which has a 25 watt light bulb in it for warmth and the worms do fine.
