Anyone planning a trip to NC this summer can get a fishing license by using a credit card and calling 1-888-248-6834. Even if it's a last minute thing you can be legal in 5 minutes. They give you a number to use 'til your license shows up. You can get non-resident, 1 day, 3day etc.
