does anyone have a?

varimax 75lb motorguide? I got a new one the 20th of june, the 30th is went out took it to the service center. they replaced the head. got it back and put it back on and three hours into the trip same thing. Now motorguide is giving me the run around, I wanted them to replace the motor or refund my money.. no luck. I mean it's a 800$ motor has ran a total of maybe 12hrs in the month I have had it. Alabama has a 3 strikes your out lemon law, but I can't seem to get it fixed the third time.

can I get any suggestion on how to handle this or any numbers I can call, the only ones I can find are to the tech support, which is a JOKE!!!! the deal who fixed it told me..... I asked what caused the problem?...reply.... Oh it's pretty much a common problem.

Then I talked with the dealer I got it from and he has had 2 more do the same thing.................So Tech support says we haven't had any trouble with them. yeah right! soooooooooooooo ?????????????
