Crappie Business Directory?

I have been denied access to the crappie Business directory after placing a paid add.Does anyone have a clue what is happening?

Thanks I know I do my own website and it is a small one and it is a pain and a lot of work sometimes.I know he has a lot of work on this website.Wouldn't want that job.
