Thanks for the link Chance. You're right, seems dead.
Part of the problem is that they used one of those forum hosting websites to host their forum instead of buying server space and putting one there at Oklahomapublichunting.com
The other problem is that if you go to oklahomapublichunting.com, it takes you to a Wildlife Department page talking about the forums. But there is no link to the forums from that page! Plus, oklahomapublichunting.com should be pointed at the forums, not some silly page on the Wildlife Department site. Probably a lot of people trying to get to those forums from there, but without a link, it's not gonna happen.
Plus forums are just a bear to get up and running. Takes a lot of time and effort (promotion, etc.) if done right. Of course, if they ever do get up and running, they go from being a bear to being an out right monster to take care of!
