Afterschool Delight
Friday morning I woke up and talked about going fishing. My seven year old reminded me that it was HIS turn to get to go and explained that he either 1. Didn't have to go to school so he could go fishing with me or 2. I'd have to wait until he got out of school so he could get HIS turn.
So, I had everything ready when he got out of school at 2:30. We took off and spent the afternoon scouting and enjoying each other's company.
I have to say, I'm truly blessed to be able to enjoy an afternoon that much with such a sweet boy.

We only ended up with 7 over 10"...and a bunch of cats for our fish fry next weekend.
