In my experience, neoprene gloves are useless. They make my hands colder than they would have been without any at all. The one exception is a pair that is too big for me. My hands are not in full contact with them, so they are not quite as cold. Neoprene gloves that FIT me, are colder than wet jerseys. No foolin'. I use a good wool glove when picking up decoys, etc. and wring them out when they get soaked with water. Put them back on, good to go. They're way warmer wet than dry, tight neoprenes. Just my experience with them.
