I'm trolling for information! This week's Oklahoma WD Fishing Report stated the crappie fishing is "Excellent" at Keystone. If you have any information about the "excellent" fishing, I would like to know! I have never fished Keystone, but I could manage the drive if I knew the fish would be biting!
I've not been out there in a while but if you go I can tell you some spots to try
I was out a couple of weeks ago on Keystone and the crappie fishing was not excellent. I caught none and my buddy caught 2 and we fished for about 5 hrs. Haven't been back since. Going to winter camp next week-come on down!
Does the lake have a covered or enclosed fishing dock?
There are 2 enclosed docks: one just east of Mannford, south of hwy 51 at Keypoint Marina; the second is north of Mannford, north of hwy 51 at the New Mannford Ramp. $5 at Keypoint per 12 hrs; $3 at New Mannford ramp for $24 hrs; campers at New Mannford fish free (I think)! Hope that helps.

This day last year the crappie were biting...
You gotta get those trips reported on in a more timely manner Josh! Looks like a really nice mess with a lot of stout 12" fish. Nice to have a rare report from Keystone even if it is a year tardy.

Fishing was super slow with the new dam releases. Found these fish in 17-20 ft of water on brush. Water clarity was a drastic change from the north side to the south side. All fish came south of 412
open for new reports...
If only I had something to report! Lol
Keystone is dropping FAST! About 1 ft per 24 hrs ; it's now about 8' above normal. Maybe one day I can fish it again. Water temp yesterday was 41 degrees. That's all for now Skyking; meanwhile back at the ranch Penny was.....
TV?? I recall that as a radio program!! Only the Shadow knows.
What I remember is the "gunshots" that sounded like a light bulb being broken.
FISHING REPORTS FELLOWS, FISHING REPORTS!! LOL!!!

Had no trouble finding the fish today, just took a while and about 20 miles of running to finally find the right pile with the bigger fish that would bite. All fish were caught on a 2" split tail Bobby garland in the blue ice color. The more active fish came from 21 fow 14 foot down. The clearer water is in the salt creek area and the more murky water is up towards mud. Fish were caught somewhere in between. If you don't have a Garmin locator you need one
Man that's good eating crappie.I'm still waiting for some slabs we need 10-15 only got a aluminum boat

Keystone gets no crappie.com love, and that is ok with me!
Yep, your the Keystone Lover! Great for You! Very Nice!
Josh, don't be giving away Keystone secrets; next thing you know those Pros from over East will be over here and clean them all out! Lol. Just kidding, that is a nice catch!
Nice catch JJ!
Chill a bit Josh, man is from Little Rock. ibmack, normal Oklahoma Regs allow for 37 per day with no size limit unless otherwise stated for specific bodies of water. Some have a lower limit as well as a minimum length, but for the most part, 37 per person, per day. Legal out of State folks can have in their possession two days worth in a cooler. (I think) Oklahoma Fish and game. btw, good job Josh!
A lot of these boys on the Grand river arm get excited when they see a pile like that!!!

Ended the day yesterday with 5 over 1 pound 11 ounces with my good friend C ciller. Had a 1 14 and a 1 12 today. Not as many as I have been catching but they have definitely gotten bigger. Been focusing on 25-40 foot of water for the bigger fish. Started in boggy creek today and ended in salt. It has been a consistent bite the last 2 days. Most fish have came on a beetlejuice colored slab slayr.
Nice bunch of fish fellas, sounds like you guys figured out a pattern. Fishin brush, followin shad, fishin ledges, fishing trees or stumps on creek channels? Well we did get some weights so i guess we did get a few details. Just kiddin, really love the pics, just wondering who caught the biggest fish and got the braggin rights.
Brush piles away from the shad. Caught several on standing timber under the surface in 40 ft as well
Josh let me hold his big fish for a picture Whisperer in exchange for some BBQ jerky! He definitely fished rings around me.
