Easter morning mess

Caught on nightcrawlers and red worms. Major Craft Finetail SUL with the Daiwa Ballistic slip corking in a drop shot fashion around rocks.

Beautiful fish!

That is a great haul! I don't understand what a slip float drop shot rig is though??

I know that was a ton of fun! Some nice fish in your mess.

I use a slip cork with no bobber stopper. This allows me to put the bait right on bottom and I pick it up and put it down until I feel a strike or reel in and move it elsewhere.

I would have never thought of that, and I think it is very clever. I can't wait to try it on our next trip.
