Blackshear Report 4/25/09

Went down to Blackshear saturday night. Arrived at the lake about 7:30 pm and fished until 3:30 am. Put in at the ramp off hwy 300, and started fishing in cedar creek. Fished dock lights in cedar creek and caught about 15 fish, with only 5 keepers. Moved back down towards the dam, and fished several docks there, catching a bunch of 7-8 inch fish. The last two docks we fished we caught 6 keepers on one and 10 keepers on the other. Ended up bringing home 21 fish, most around 10 inches, except for one large white crappie that was 15 inches. All fish were caught on blue/black chartreuse southern pro hot grubs. The water temp was between 71-73 degrees.
