It's been a long time since I did the stroll ...

took a stroll down memory lane I did , aint' been there in more than a year :banghead
was much as it has always been up under that bridge ...:cheers2
there had been a bite there all winter ,but just too busy to drive up there and check it out and hear tell it's much as it has been past and with less parking now as well .....
they are developing the area and have cleared away much of the old growth forest and have been told some kind of housing development is going in there .....:banghead:banghead
the fish were stacked up in ONE location and about 18 inches under a float was a rather busy encounter . Let em all swim on and managed to ketch 26 on my lunch break yesterday . Color wasn't much of a thing on the jigs and lost several on a log the fish were behind.
black and white crappie pretty evenly mixed and of course there was this one lil red breast sunfish that JUST had to get in on it too ....
sure was fun casting to them and cranking em back , they will be long gone in a week or so, they will go home to the lake and make baby fish next month.
in the mean time ,,,,,,,
