RULER!! If this has ever been an issue for you even for non-fishing needs, look to your wallet for the cure...that is if you can FIND it!:Rofl Three things that are highly likely to be on-person when away from the hacienda are Driver's license, credit card(or three), and a dollar bill(or if your Slab $100 bills):biggrin Credit cards & Driver's licenses commonly share the same footprint(2 1/8 x 3 3/8" = 5 1/2" total) Dollar bills are 2 5/8 x 6 1/8= 8 3/4". Now, before you micrometer users(you know who you are) start projecting poisonous blow-darts my way, remember this = If you need to use dollar bills & DL/CC's for measuring devices these are accurate enough!! Or, maybe carry your high dollar micrometer w/ya!rotfl Taking this a step further for the slow learners- a 6" fish(shame on you)is worth $1, a 12" is worth $2, a 9" fish is worth $1.50(confused yet, great) if you're like me, God help ya) I cull @ 11" ($1.82):Rofl No measuring device could cost you largely!! :banghead:bash For DL/CC tablet, for my 11" minimum use 2L +2W = 11" See photo below for marked bill-Technique = fold bill into thirds, then in half...Magic- 1" increments!
"Dollars rule" the universe!!:ThumbsUp
And remember... "Please measure when ya can cause it's good fer ya- wallet!"
Now, for all the non-Seniors- Got your fishing license?
