Can't wait to ask them when we can start electrofishing! :yikes :bash :dono
Lets go and ask for more fish attractors. The ones they put down a couple years ago are finally holding fish.
And maybe we ask if permits can be obtained to put down our own!
For a FEE they will consider your application.
I investigated that possibility several years ago and was informed that the permit application was $750..00 there was no guarantee that it would be accepted. Another hiccup was that the GPS coordinates had to be recorded and a fish attractor bouy must be placed over the attractor and MAINTAINED by the person who installed it.
Fee for purchasing marker bouy, in the neighbor hood of over $100.00.
They make it almost impossible to LEGALLY install (place) attractors. Much more restrictions than noted.
Guberment! $750 plus $100 to sink a tree, wow. Let’s just see if we can get them to do it with our tax dollars. Doh

Wonder why they plan it during the week, during business hours. Probably to be able to state a lack of interest. I will try and make it.
I agree the biologists are great, its the ones above hoarding the $$$$ that are azzhats.
