Fred, I've been known to fish down there for Crappie ... April & Oct for MANY years, then just Oct for the most part over the last few years. It may or may not be coincidence, but since TWA changed the water level schedule my results have steadily gone downhill to the point where it's not worth the effort & expense. No knock on the size of fish, just the numbers.
