Nolin Report

Fishing was great this past Saturday. Whites were in 15ft of water suspended at 10-12ft. Didnt catch a single black crappie.
Some fish had eggs still and some had already spawned. Water temps were at 75.
Caught one on a jig and probably 16 on minnows in 4 hrs.

I went Tues and Sunday and found most all my fish in about 15 fow suspended over brush. One thing different almost all were blacks. Lots of little ones.... 3 short fish for every keeper. What kind of quality are you seeing ?

Yes, lots of 8.5" fish. Biggest of the day was only 12"

Thanks for the reports. I plan to fish Nolin more this year, just haven't fit it into the schedule yet.

I just started fishing it this year. I have always just gone to Barren. No comparison though. Way more structure at Nolin.
