Someone give me a report from Lake Cumberland
Went last Friday night sat till midnight caught 2 fish..guess i was at the wrong spot
Blacks are still shallow , saw the first rubbed tails and spawned out female's today. Don't know what the whites are doing
Went fri night caught big numbers but only 8 keepers in bout 30ft of water.
2 weeks ago we had 23 keepers from 12 to 6. Last week we fished from 2 to 7 and had 20 keepers. Both days had tons of small fish. Most was in 10 to 15 fow.
Caught several short (8-9") crappie yesterday from 7-10' deep...only had 2 keepers (11") both males-1 black and 1 white...caught them casting to logs/trees/brush out from bank...did not catch a fish vertical jigging...surface temp went from 75-81 while was there....summer time?
