October 21st Ft. Loudon Lake Tournament Results


Our Ft. Loudon tournament started off cool as cold weather showed up the week of the tournament. We had 18 boats participate in the event. The fishing was tough as the water temps were still in the low 70's and the fish had not seemed to commited to a fall pattern yet. Most teams found fish but the big mommas were hard to come by. Although that was not the case for Wayne Darnell and Ricky Keener who brough in a nice 2.32 Lbs Crappie to grab the Big Fish pot. Congrats. Fish did not seem to be very lure specific as they were caught on many different colors and styles of baits. It seemed that the one thing that everyone found the same was the fish were tight to cover. You had to be fishing tight to structure to get bit. Congrats to all the top teams and every angler who came out. We had a blast and cant wait for the Chickamauga tournament on November the 18th. See you all again soon!!
