I believe so. I know GA and AL have an agreement on Lake Eufaula where an angler must possess one but not both to legally fish. GA and FL have a similar agreement for Lake Seminole. I am unaware of an agreement with AL and TN.

50 bucks non residence annual. Unless you fish for trout and if you fish for trout its 99 bucks 20.50 for a 3 day non trout 40 bucks 3 day all species their licensee run March 1st - end of February
