Can't seem to do much good on Nimrod, wondering if anyone has been to BM recently
I went 8 days ago and spider rigged for over 4 hours and never got a bite. I talked to a couple of other boats and they didn;t catch any either.
I went over there 3 Saturday's ago. They were shallow, 3-6 fow next to the bank in the river. Dip in and around the brush and logs along the bank. Usually just one or two per pile. Slow going but you should catch a mess.
Went a couple weeks a go and only caught 2. Fished up river and spider rigged out in the lake. Water temp was still 74 when I was there. Lots of shad in the river.

You can catch a few on Nimrod but seem shallow here too .
