wow what a BEAST!!!! I love catching Buffalo...on rod n' reel

you know If you know how to prepare them some buffalo are good to eat. You have to scale and score them like a sucker to deal with all those bones. But they can be real good. Never tried one that big though LOL.

That is a monster!

Small ones are better to eat. You also need to cut out the red meat down the middle.
