Got some good news this morning.I finally heard from Raleigh, about my lifetime fishing licence.I will be able to get mine for only 10 dollars.:)
Here is the application.I didn't know that this program was even around.Until I was talking to another fisherman a couple weeks ago.Thought I would post it on here.Maybe it can help someone here to.

I was not as lucky even though I am disabled and on SS. I paid $400 for mine and now they cost $600 in Texas.
Even with the $400 it was worth it just not to have to keep up with it and they mail my paper license each year and I have a plastic card also. Plus the yearly one just keeps going up and up.
I bought lifetime hunting and fishing license's in 1979 $ 150.00 for both,
it also includes saltwater, now i think there about $ 700.00 or $800.00
