How many rods can you fish (troll) from a boat in New York.
NY state is 2 rods per licensed angler. Youths under 16 don't need a license and are allowed 2 rods also. I believe there are 15 hook points allowed per rod, a treble counts as 3. So you can use multiple droppers on your line.
You know? I thought that was what it was. I would have posted that answer quicker but I checked the NY fishing regulations and I could not find that any where.
