NO....not enough to even make a dent! Trust me...was down there 2 weeks ago...and not any "Significant" rain....
HOWEVER...........if the wind is calm...you can probably wear-em out in the deep water...Cypress Point...hmmm...can't remember, I think thats a resort right by the campground....if so...plan on about a 20 minutes boat ride to Green Island point...and areas around that (deep water)....there are VISIBLE stumps...E-V-E-R-Y-W-H-E-R-E......
Craker68 and I did OK...trolling minnows in 12 foot of water...fishin about 5 foot deep...also, caught some fish just jiggin around the stumps....
If the weather cools...and it's forecasted to...(and some rain down there)...fishing will turn on...but, you just gotta be careful....idle speed...and make sure you have someone with you in the front of the boat...aka...Stump watcher!!!!
Good times....I have never seen it as low as it is now..ever...
Easily....24-30 " low....
that is correct. a stumpwatcher in the front of the boat is essential.

And a strong push pole.
I got on a couple that I thought I was going to have to go swimming to get it off. Saw a guy last week get out of his boat and stand on a stump to push his boat off another stump.
Oh yea, fishing was fair, caught 36 w/ about 12 keepers. 2 1/2 hrs fishing
they got shallow around 5:00 pm 3 ft deep in 12' of water.
Please give another Reelfootd report.
Stay home! I spent a couple of days there "trying" to get ready for the tournament and with the low water it's like playing bumper cars only with your boat.
I know they had to get more rain Thursday? Or did it all go around the lake?
Hope its back up my Thanksgiving at least.
Pete
I would not count on it...(I REALLY wish it were different too...trust me), but man...I was on that lake first hand.....it's gonna take about two weeks straight rain before it even budges.....hope I'm wrong though....
If any of yall have a digital camera , please email me a picture of the lake................thanks....Norm
