harassment by dock owners

I have had this happen and I just smile, pull out my cell and say very nicely, would you mind repeating that for the sheriff? He is a fisherman too and really enjoys putting arrogant people in irons as you can't threaten someone like this. Always works, for me so far, with the dude huffing and puffing but usually running back into their house.
