Anyone know an approximate cost to buy the materials to :
- replace a transom
- replace knee braces
- replace stringers
- replace floor
The boat in question, 1987 skeeter strada f120.
Thank you.

Are you doing it yourself or paying someone?
The cost to pay someone will be way more than it’s worth when finished.
If you’re doing it yourself, keep in mind to do the stingers you’ll have to separate the top from the bottom. I’ve thought about getting an older boat as a project but after watching some YouTube videos on the pro I decided against it. I like a good project but sometimes it’s too far gone.
The transom I would probably tackle. There’s a product now that is an epoxy. Basically you cut an access slot on top of transom. Take a rod or something and break up the wood. May even use a drill with a paddle bit to break it up. Then suck it out with shop vac. Mix the epoxy up and fill the transom. More to it I’m sure but that’s basically it.

I'm doing the work. On this model boat, yes, the cap has to come off to work on the transom or stringers. If it was only transom work, you could cut only the cap around the transom.
One product, seacast, is a pourable mixture. Not sure what I'm going to do yet. Still haven't ruled out scrapping the boat, selling the engine - trolling motor - and trailer. Or keep the trailer and turn it into a utility trailer. At this point, nothing has been ruled out . The hull is good shape. Nothing more than the normal scratches/ wear from use.
