BPS has the Lowrance 510C for $396 or about that price. Very good deal and good color fishfinder. Not complicated. Has good resolution. Normal price over $500.
I would probably choose one in the $500-550 range w/ GPS and one that was in the $300-250 range for up front. Sorry for the late reply.
Have a 320c color I'm about to take off my boat. PM if interested.
Color is the way to go. I do also have one that I took off the front of my boat when I got the HB I put on the console. So I moved the one I had there to the front.
