The crappie must of been real hungry today because they were chewing big time . We went to old reliable spot from the past ,a piece of deep water structure we havent hit for awhile . I dropped down on it and got one right away ,I was allready having some trouble with my trolling motor making it hard to stay in position so we anchored over it . That turned out to be a good move because we just stayed right there and worked on em .Attachment 227643 Guess I took that pic upside down lol its 146. We kept some til it looked like we had a good mess in the well for a fish fry turned out we kept 39. We let many big egg laden females go .Attachment 227644 G-duck and I fished from 9 til 1:30 falling tide.Sometimes they thumped it sometimes the line would just start moving sideways just lift rod and there they were .Got to cherish those kinda days they make up for the slow ones.
