My fishing buddy is moving to Phoenix AZ and is looking at Lake Roosevelt as his new home. He is having trouble finding someone who can crappie guide him or someone who fishes for crappie on this lake or in this area. Does anyone have any recommendations from past experience? The Arizona forum does not seem to be very active.
My in-laws snow bird in Yuma and I tried to find a place to crappie fish when we go out to visit and had no luck at all. My father-n-law is an avid crappie fisherman and has never fished in the 20 years he has been going to Az. Good luck finding something and I will be watching your post to see if you get any replies.
Roosevelt used to be a go to destination years ago. I hope he finds something and lets the board know. Just a side line let him know that the drive down or up Appchie Trail is a frightening:pray trip but you will never see prettier scenery in Arizona .
I have a brother in law in AZ but he does not fish anymore. There is a link to another Arizona site, looks like there is some activity there. I justed googled arizona Crappie Fishing. Arizona Crappie association came up.
