COE flow rates

There used to be a link to a COE page that had all the projects in Mississippi on one page. I've searched everywhere and cant find it. It listed the lake levels, percentage full, discharge from the outlet channels, spillways, inlet flows, the works.

Does anyone have this link? It was a COE link and not a USGS link.
