Wanting to take my father in law to Shelbyville for a few days of fishing and looking for a place to stay. Father in law helped build the dam but has never been on the lake and its on his bucket list. Any tips on the lake like where to put in etc. would be appreciated.

Hey there "emptycooler"! There are two places I would recommend highly.
Coon Creek Lodge and Gregory's Resort. Both places are exceptionally
clean. Just "Google" them and you'll have enough info to make a choice.
