Unfair test in my opinion. Crappie is a lot better skinned. Again in my opinion. You should have invited me to help you with the test.

:biggrin:Rofl I love Crappie Skin Mr. Barnacle Bill it frys it up SO CRISPY.. Ihad Crappie Filet to Walleye Filet though both no skin in the same batter. Both were Deee-Lizzzz-Ussss. I will think about you on the next invite. :cheers2
