I think you may need at least twice that, but I :dono for sure. I'm basing that estimate on the pallet pyramids with cedars that were put out in one of our lakes .....

As you can see, they used 8 concrete blocks for each (~240lbs of concrete block). But, since they're sinking 3 pallets and some Cedar trees, and you're only sinking 1 pallet and 8-10 added stake bed slats (just guessing) ... I'd be more comfortable having 90-120lbs to sink them & hold them down. May not take that much, but they won't be going anywhere if you do use more weight than necessary.
Haven’t seen much out of Nimrod for a while but he did a lot of those and would have some good input.
We have built a lot of that style beds. Really depends on weather your using green or dry wood.
We use four concrete blocks for a 4'x8' pallet style beds. We had one bed this spring that wood had dried some and didn't sink with four blocks and had to add a fifth block to it. Have also used four blocks on 5x5 and 4x6 beds. But we only use green sawmill wood. If your using pieces from dried pallets it may take more weight.

Here are a few pics. The last bed was a 4x10 we sunk with six blocks and it was so heavy we almost couldn't dump it.Attachment 347470Attachment 347471Attachment 347472

Those are exactly what I'm looking at putting in. Looking at putting sandbags on them to save some money. Surely 3 50 pounds of sandbags will sink them. I guess three people is a must?

We do it with two of us ok but three would be great.
150 lbs would sink fine as long as wood is pretty green. We have gotten most of our materials(blocks and wood) for free or trading a few bags of fish.

Luckily my partner has a cabinet shop business with lots of two by two scrap. Do y'all just use a ramp in front boat?

We have a hinged dumper that my friend and tournament partner built for his river jon boat that we use to put them out. I will attach some pictures.
Some up on this end of lakes also build tippers/dumpers that fit behind or in front of console and dump off the side. A few people also just have platform with rollers and slide them off.Attachment 347527Attachment 347528Attachment 347529Attachment 347530
