Is it just one or two? Do you have a list of motors it will fit?

It is one unit. Mine has the single piston thats attached. Compatible with Yamaha outboards equipped with a 3-ram power trim and tilt system. I would hate to tell you the wrong one like I was but here is where I got some info on it.
