Spring comes! I am living in bay area. Is it time to crappie fishing in bay area lake?

I don't know about the bay area but the San Diego lakes are heating up I think it is only a few weeks away from spawn.:D

Yeah there some of us Crappie fisherman here in cali amongst all the bass fisherman. I got hooked on crappie fishing a couple of years ago and have enjoyed fishing for them year round. Half the fun is the challenge of trying to find them at different times of the year. I'm really glad I have found this site it has helped me tremendously.
