Smoked for 2 hours on low heat,to the grill on high heat to render the skin and make it crispy. Seasoned with some Cajun 2 Step Fire. Some good eats. Think I am going to wrap it up with some Nilla Wafers and peanut butter. Attachment 434325

Looks very good Jack! Dirty Rice, I eat Popeye's large containers full with my strips. It just goes well with chicken. You got a great bark on the wings too.
