I bought the helix bout a year ago. I like the unit it does more than I need it to do. But my question is I can't get it to show much under docks on SI. Doesn't show the dock post at all or fish hiding under the dock. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Slow the boat down or speed the Chart speed up a notch or 2 to stretch the echoes out a little where they'll be more visible ...

You can also just set the Si to see just the right or left side screen and this will help seeing under docks also.

How wide are you running the SI on a smaller screen the wider the smaller what ever you are looking for will be harder to see. As scrat said use one side and shorten SI distance with a faster scroll speed should help.
