I have heard that February is a good time to catch slab crappie on Weiss
trolling does any one have any input on this where are the fish located this time of year and if you slow troll or long line any help would be appreciated
I have fished weiss in the spring and loved it.
For me, February at Weiss seems to be the starting of the crappie season. At least that is when I get more into it. Crappie fishing at Weiss is good just about all year long if you can spend some time there. I'm sure you will get good information on here. A lot of good fishermen hang out here. Trolling is the way I fish most of the time. Don't know that it is any better, just enjoy it more. :)
