Does anyone know who and where you can get the blank Do-it molds custom milled?
Just look in the yellow pages for any machine shop most are able to do it. But be prepared to pay alot of money, for doing a mold.

Can you use alunminum to make molds out of?

years ago i made some jig molds using aluminum bar stock. I would make a steel master to put between two pieces of bar stock and press the shape of the master in both pieces at the same time. It takes some time to do it, but it can be done that way.Quote:
