After taking my leftover Blackened pork chop for lunch a couple of weeks ago and stirring up my co workers. I made some to carry in and share. The Maintenance break area at the plant was unusually quiet until the food was gone. Attachment 462430Attachment 462431

Chops. Chops, Chops and Rice Too! Sign me up Brother. Again great color from your grill. I did some Air Fryer Cornish Hens yesterday as a test. When its dialed in I will post it up. Just about everyone from South Louisiana loves rice.
Got my eye on a flattened, blackened , chicken thigh samich some time this weekend. Maybe a few strips of smokey bacon to round it out. Been looking at recipes for a few days. Will post the results when done
