Cherokee This Weekend

Ok I tried Douglas and did ok trolling last Saturday. Nice lake, but Cherokee is closer for me so I'd like to try it. I would like to go this Saturday or Sunday. If anyone is going or would like to meet me at the lake, please let me know. I would appreciate any advice on areas or techniques to try. Trolling jigs, road runners and crank baits is my preference but I love to "stroll", drift or tightline live bait as well. I would be grateful for any help I can get. As always I will post a full report and pictures.

Douglas side note - a friend of mine (die hard bass fisherman) spent last Fri, Sat and Sun at Douglas. He fished from sun up to sun down every day. Said he caught 71 bass total over the three days only one small mouth. Biggest green fish was 6 lbs caught on a black and blue rattle back jig. Most of the rest were caught on Carolina rigged lizards and worms fro 5 - 20 feet deep.
