No KABOOM for me. Back had me out of action for this year.. But I finally gave in and had the surgery. Doctor said I could not go on the lake until after he sees me again on June 21st.
I plan on hitting lake at least a couple of times a week this summer after I get the get out of jail card from him.
I might even take a few pictures for you. :Rofl
Hope your recovery is successful and we see some catch reports on here soon.
Thanks. So far it's good. At my age it takes longer to heal and I don't want to take any chances before it does.
It's been six months since I was able to take the boat out so I have a serious case of cabin fever. I just hope I can still remember how to catch them after this lock down. rotfl
Hope you are healing well. Had back surgery myself in 2001. Was well worth it, but never over do it.
The rod and screws in may back are really good at telling me its going to rain! :Rofl
Thank you. I am able to walk without pain with each step and my balance is better. So as far as I am concern, it went extremely well.
This was my 4th back surgery. My previous surgeries used cages and wire. This time, due to my age, I had a laminotomy instead of a fusion.
It is definitely worth it. The surgeries have kept me walking, doing the things I like to do.
As you said, I still have pain but it is low level pain that I can ignore.
