Thread: Stardust paints

I got my new colors and started mixing colors thinking red and blue would make purple but the stardust paint doesn't blend like regular powder paints and even when heated there wasn't much blending but you could see the red and blue clearly on the jig. So now it's less brush work. Other color combinations are working better and some look really nice. Painted some 1/4 walleye heads and 1/8 Poison tails and with these dipped into custom color and brush tapped 2-3 colors before reheating.

Beautiful work. Those eyes look very realistic!
