    Default hand held electric ladle

I have on older stationary lead melting pot that has seen its better day and needs to be replaced and I am thinking of getting the handheld ladle type and was wondering if anyone had any issues with this style of Melter or any experiences that they would like to share would be appreciated

Used one the poor some bullets years ago. It worked okay. It was a little slow for that purpose.

Why not clean up and fix your old pot?

If the pot still heats up, it can be cleaned up. Think I would stay away from hand held, safety. I know some who use pot with handheld ladle to pour bullets mainly.
