Needing sickle hooks

I have not had any issues with eagle claw breaking but at one point the eyes were open on many of the hooks. I went with Mustad but I don't like that they are bigger than the eagle claw in size 6's (almost a size 4) Have switched back to EC because of this issue.

That’s just the report I heard from several a year ago. Could’ve been a bad batch.

I had same issue with eagle claw eyes. But yet that could’ve just been a bad batch too.
