Default Selling pony head jig heads?

I had someone ask if Blakemore still had the market closed for sell pony head jigs. I wasnt sure it their patent had expired and we were free to sell them. Does anyone know for sure? Thanks.

They don’t have a patent, they have the design trade marked so it never expires. Yes people sell them, yes they get caught and chastised. No don’t sell them on here.

Problem is, can’t catch Crappie with chicken or watermelon unless it’s a lure color!
