I would look at the Mustad 32833 or Gamakatsu 604. If you're crappie fishing and losing a lot of jigs they'll be cost prohibitive, but if you're after bigger fish then they're both stronger than a regular Aberdeen hook. No one is making a 2X strong sickle that I'm aware of.
VMC makes the Barbarian, VMC 7150, but I don't know if they make it that small. Mustad is making a sickle hook now and I haven't tried any but I've read they're a bit big, so maybe they'll be stronger as well.
